All travelling teams are required to purchase the hotel package for which we have negotiated the best rates from our partner hotels.
All teams travelling more than 1.5 hours by car are considered travelling teams. The price of the hotel package will be $1,185 (CAD) per person based on double occupancy (2 people sharing a room). This includes 7-night accommodation, shuttle service to and from each of your team’s scheduled games, transportation to and from the Airport, tickets to the Opening and Closing Ceremonies, a welcome gift and a tournament program.
The cost for extra nights outside of the 7-day package will be $200 plus all applicable taxes per room per night.

• Each team is guaranteed 3 games with the possibilities of 4 or 5 games for select divisions
• All semi-finals and finals games will feature a 3-man officiating system
• Each game will be played with a 3 stop-time period format (12, 12, and 15 minutes)
For teams looking for warm-up games, free friendly exhibition games are available.
Age division availability is based on the participating teams and their ages, however, the following divisions are expected for 2023:
*Provided there are four (4) teams of equal caliber registered for the same age category, CARHA Hockey will create a division based on the standard tournament format.
Please note that these divisions will/can be broken down into further categories based on the skill level of the participating teams.
